problem solving - fractions

I have been learning about fractions. My teacher miss Percy she give us problem about chocolate bars and fractions we had to work out the answer in a group.
The problem was...
The next time the chocolate bars were on sale so she bought 8 chocolate bars! She shared these between her 4 children and 1 niece.how much chocolate did each child get?

Digital ignition
Kia ora Blogger world,
Today we had a lesson about programming with a person named Gary. He taught us how to program things like a microwave and paper planes and he said that programming is CSI that stands for clear step by step and instructions . He talked to us about algorithms, bugs, debugging . We made paper planes and threw them and he taught us how to program a paper plane. After the paper planes we programmed numbers by putitng them in order.
In this picture we were holding numbers because we tryed to put them i n order

My trip to Waikowhai Intermediate
Ola blogger world!
Today i went on a trip to Waikowhai Intermediate. We looked around the whole school we went into a year 7-8 class people were working hard in their class.In the school they had a hard tech, food tech, art tech and music.I was in the hard tech we made a spin top. We made circle in a hard wood square and used a machine to cut the sides off and used another machine to make it in a perfect circle and that's how you make a spin top.

i would change our talking a bit louder so everyone can hear our voices
